Fabrikalink took the opportunity for a Q&A with Venezuela's latest sensation, La Vida Boheme. Just in time for their Miami show at PAX this Thursday!

FabrikaLink brings you once again an exclusive interview with artists we admire and respect.  For awhile now, we have been following their career and been very supportive throughout their trajectory.  However, this is the first time we interview Puerto Rico's finest, Cultura Profetica and it is an honor!

She-who-shall-not-be-named is a bitch. Yes, I called her a bitch. Petty name calling this character may seem a bit harsh, ok maybe it’s extreme, but allow me to persuade you and perhaps you will agree with my tactics.

For a band that's only played a handful of shows in the city were it formed, it's safe to say Lil' Daggers doesn't need that type of exposure. While they're sound is considered "garage" they are by no means confined by 3 walls and an automatic door. They have already gone on various tours which included a stop at SXSW in 09, and have been invited by CMJ to showcase. What sets their sound apart from other bands is their organic use of instruments and their lack of kooky synths and electro thingamabobbers. No, Lil Daggers have an organ player, and we like it that way.

From an outsiders perspective Miami is the magic city filled with hot mamis, aneurysm inducing electronica, and -if I hear another travel show host mention this I'll stick em- sizzling Latin flavor. Well, that's all fine and dandy because one has to admit that it is part of the city's vibe, but if you live here you know that across the causeway there is a hub of culture vutures that are anything but.
Such is the case with the music. Mainland Miami's bars, garages, and stages have joined in their fair share of artists ranging from new wave inspired indie rock, to punk, to there's-so-many-influences-that-I-don't-know-what-to-call-it.
In an effort to examine and cultivate this beating heart of independent musicians, we have now started The Fabrika Link.
