For a government that denies being oppressive and despotic, Venezuela sure does a pretty good job at proving it otherwise.

A couple of weeks ago, reggae artists Onechot released a video for his song "Rotten Town" depicting the current state of violence in Venezuela. In the video, a little kid's blood trails along Caracas touching every social circle. While Onechot had no intension of causing an anti-political statement, the government has taken thorough offense to it saying that it's a direct hit on the government, and has now opened an investigation.

Honestly, it really doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that Onechot was evoking any of the accused feelings... the government having a dirty conscious and is paranoid is another story.
