The Last Tango in Paris was one of the first films to combine cinematic art with a deep sense of controversial sexuality, considered a contemporary masterpiece for its journey into un-chartered territory on film. As Paul, an American living in Paris, Marlon Brando delivers a brilliant portrayal of a man coming to grips with the primal nature of human relationships with sexuality as the driving force, as he meets a young girl and has an intense affair without any of the typical conventions.
