Kids will also have a chance to enjoy at FOODJECTS
with a cooking workshop by Chef Carles Tejedor as part of CCE’s monthly
children’s programming CHICLE. Chef Tejedor will share some of his
secrets on Spanish cuisine with the children by teaching them how to
appreciate the many kinds of Manchego cheese, the elaboration process
and composition. He will also show how to make
pasta and combine it with his favorite recipes. For children 6 to 10 years old
