This month's speaker is Malcolm Hathorne, TV producer and host of Tampa public access show “Raw Food Today” where he interviewed many authorities in the raw food movement. He'll be speaking about the benefits of a low-fat vegan frugavore diet. Please bring a healthy vegan dish, 8-10 portions with your place setting. $1 no plate fee, $8 no food fee. Everyone welcome!
