SUPER SCRUMPTIOUS SQUASH

A sure sign of fall is when you start to see all those strange looking gourds and squashes in the produce aisle. Chef Pam will enlighten our palettes for the Florida Fall season by preparing three unique recipes; butternut squash risotto; a roasted five spice acorn squash stuffed with dried fruits and nuts and drizzled with a teriyaki glaze and finally, a very creative pumpkin ravioli with caper butter. You’ll be “falling” on the floor to get her recipes.
